Authentic Self with Juliane Nowe

Updated: Sep 30, 2021

This week, we sat Down with Juliane Nowe (@julianenowe_) of the Lady Nowe Show to talk healing, cannabis, reiki, yoga, and more.

Mentioned In The Epiosde:

When Juliane was a child, she lost the ability to speak. As she struggled to regain the sound of her voice she also grappled with along lists of other symptoms. Years of doctor’s appointments and western medicine could never provide answers or resolutions. Often overwhelmed with thoughts of helplessness, Juliane spent years desperate for healing, eager to live a life that felt fulfilling and to live the width of her days, rather than just the length of the time that she had.

In the search to reclaim her health, she discovered treatments including Reiki, yoga, and Chinese Medicine. By shifting her focus, leaning into these modalities of natural healing, and quieting the noise of being unwell she found herself feeling more healthy.

The strength that she gained helped her to listen to a deeper truth inside herself that she could trust that her body knew how to be well.

Through her journey, she regained the literal sound of her own voice again. And now, she dedicates her life to sharing her voice, and her truth, with men, women and their families, to help them to listen to their own knowing voices.

A message from Juliane:

In sharing the voice that I almost lost I know that I am able to inspire others who feel certain there must be another way. I can support those who feel helpless and are lacking hope by reaching out to help them quiet themselves, aligning with them, providing a Kula for them, so that they can hear the voice of knowing that is always singing inside, with a single, simple promise: “You are safe.”

I love the way you smile when you talk about what you love.

In this segment, we discussed her and her partner, Fabian’s dedication towards treatment for veterans post-combat.

Fabian is a Canadian Army Veteran and medical marijuana advocate. In 2013, he founded Marijuana For Trauma, a chain of medical Marijuana clinics across Canada with over 12,000 registered patients. After completing an RTO with Licensed Producer Abba Medix in 2016, Fabian donated 100% of his ownership to a charity for veterans called Global Alliance Foundation Fund (GAFF). He is the founder and director of Breton CannaPharms and president and founder of the Global Alliance Foundation Fund, which helps veterans recover from trauma.

Together, they have combined their love of people, plant-based medicine, and healing to give veterans the extended care they so desperately deserve.
